  • Yes. We currently ship within the contiguous 48 states of the USA. Shipments go out Monday-Friday.

  • Unfortunately, we do not accept returns. Once an item purchased, it is considered final.

  • If your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will assess the situation and, if necessary, offer store credit for a future purchase. Please include photos of the damage and keep all original packaging for any claims.

  • We do not offer refunds. However, store credit may be issued if there is verified damage to the item upon delivery.

  • Generally we do not offer discounts due to the unique and limited nature of our inventory.

  • To request store credit, email us at house@officialritual.com with your order number, photos of the damage, and a description of the issue. Our team will review your claim and guide you through the process if eligible.

  • Currently, we only ship within the contiguous 48 states of the USA. We do not offer international shipping at this time though this may change.

  • Shipping times vary depending on your location, but orders within the USA typically take 7–10 business days to arrive. Once your order ships, we will send you a tracking number so you can monitor its journey. We use UPS Ground for orders and ship Monday - Friday.

  • Many of our items, - particularly instruments and gongs - are one of a kind, or we only have one in stock. We do not offer exchanges. Please carefully review the details of your purchase before completing your order.

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable, including items shipped with free or promotional shipping.
