Yes. We currently ship within the contiguous 48 states of the USA. Shipments go out Monday-Friday.

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns. Once an item purchased, it is considered final.

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will assess the situation and, if necessary, offer store credit for a future purchase. Please include photos of the damage and keep all original packaging for any claims.

We do not offer refunds. However, store credit may be issued if there is verified damage to the item upon delivery.

To request store credit, email us at house@officialritual.com with your order number, photos of the damage, and a description of the issue. Our team will review your claim and guide you through the process if eligible.

Currently, we only ship within the contiguous 48 states of the USA. We do not offer international shipping at this time though this may change.

Shipping times vary depending on your location, but orders within the USA typically take 7–10 business days to arrive. Once your order ships, we will send you a tracking number so you can monitor its journey. We use UPS Ground for orders and ship Monday - Friday.

Many of our items, - particularly instruments and gongs - are one of a kind, or we only have one in stock. We do not offer exchanges. Please carefully review the details of your purchase before completing your order.
