OFFICIAL METHOD
01 SMALL GROUPS
Offerings are designed for small, intimate sessions - ensuring personal attention and a 1:1 treatment for each attendee. Explore deep calm or connect with new friends in an introvert-friendly setting, free of phones and city distractions.
02 PHYSICAL SOUND
Frequencies, tones, and vibrations are experienced live from instruments like gongs, singing bowls, tuning forks - and you. This resets your nervous system, promoting brainwaves to Alpha + Theta, helping you reach NSDR or non-sleep deep rest.
03 TEA, AFTER
As is tradition at our house, a casual + curated tea experience is paired post experience, helping you to ground before heading back to your day. Our teas are seasonal, selected and supplied by friend, neighbor, + industry tea expert Sebastian Beckwith.
