This means every dollar goes directly to our team and our operations here in New York City, not investors or shareholders.
Our mission is to provide a space for people to connect to what's important through the practice of stillness and presence.

The House Concierge is the touch point for all members and guests, welcoming them into the space and helping to prepare them for meditation. This is a hospitality-forward position, where kindness and care are paramount.
Starting Pay $17-22/hr
Join us at OFFICIAL RITUAL for our work exchange program to immerse yourself in sound.
REQUIREMENTS:
Saturday or Sunday morning/afternoons for 4 hour shifts. Requires 12 hours per month and a training.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
In the work exchange, you'll help our concierge and house team reset the room between sessions. This includes folding blankets, resetting mats and props, and generally tidying the space between sessions. During sessions, you are welcome to experience the sound from our gong sanctuary.

EXCHANGE:
As a staff member, you'll get access to staff drop-ins to both sessions and workshops. A staff discount on trainings will also apply.
