RITUAL POLICIES

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancelling a ticket to a session is like cancelling a ticket to a movie or a play. Our space is intimate, and sessions are often full or sold out.

---

SESSIONS have a 24 hour cancellation policy.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before start time are not refunded or credited β€” no exceptions.

If it's more than 24 hours before your session, you can cancel yourself on the Momence app or web and receive a credit to book a different session on your own.

---

WORKSHOPS + TRAININGS are Final Sale.

No refunds, credits, or transfers.

With help canceling or for questions, message us at 917-267-0580.

If you need to late cancel, kindly let us know so we can take someone off the waitlist.

LATE POLICY

To prevent disturbing other's experience mid-meditation, arrivals more than 5 minutes late will not be admitted inside The House.

Our doors auto-lock 5 minutes after the session start time. Arrivals more than 5 minutes late will be considered a no-show and lose their credit with no refund.

WAITLIST POLICY

  • First-come, first-serve: Waitlist openings are offered in the order people join. When you’re moved off the waitlist, you’ll receive a confirmation email.
  • More than 12 hours before class: If a spot opens up, you’ll be automatically added to the session and your card on file will be charged.
  • Within 12 hours of class: If a spot opens, we’ll text you to confirm before booking. Once you confirm, we’ll reserve your spot and charge your card.

ARRIVE EARLY

Our space opens 15 minutes before the start time of each session. We recommend arriving 10-15 minutes before the start time of your session to check-in, use the restroom, and get settled.

TECH-FREE

We have a no phone policy in our main space.

At check-in, we'll help you secure your phone in a signal blocking locked pouch, which you'll keep possession of during your visit.

No phones, photos, video, or content creation is allowed in our space. This rule is in place to not disturb the experience of others.

CODE OF CONDUCT

We are a space for healing and our sessions are open to the public.

The challenging work of being human is to see the light of good in our neighbors despite external differences.

We have a zero tolerance policy for aggressive speech or behavior toward our staff or other attendees.

We reserve the right to deny entry or service to anyone who appears under the influence of substances or alcohol.

RELEASING EXPECTATIONS

Our sessions are crafted to offer a unique journey, inviting you to let go of expectations and fully immerse yourself in the experience.

Sound healing affects each person differently, reflecting individual energies and perspectives. We kindly encourage participants to approach the session with an open mind and a willingness to release judgments.

If you find that the experience brings up discomfort or resistance, we invite you to explore what these responses might reveal about your personal journey and to see if you can sit in the discomfort.

Our intention is to hold space for growth and insight; any reactions or feelings that arise can be valuable reflections of inner work.

Sessions are an opportunity to connect with and listen deeply to yourself, and the experience is yours to embrace fully. Thank you for sharing this time with us.
