GONG MASTER REV LAKSMI
Rev. Laksmi Scalise, E-RYT 500, is a Gong Master and senior teacher of Grand Gong Master Don Conreaux. Don is credited with introducing the gong into Western yoga and meditation communities in the 1960s. As one of his direct students and appointed senior teachers, she carries this tradition forward through immersive gong baths and advanced trainings.
An Integral Yoga-certified teacher and Satchidananda Minister, Rev. Laksmi has devoted nearly five decades to spiritual practice, healing, and teaching. She began her studies in 1975 under Swami Bua Maharaj, training with him for five years and later serving as one of his traveling teachers.
A lifelong New Yorker, Laksmi is deeply connected, disarmingly direct, and unmistakably herself. She is a Reiki Master Teacher, Shamanic Chakra Balancer, dowser, and astrologer, working with crystals, pendulums, tuning forks, Himalayan bowls, and astrological timing to support real transformation.
Her sessions are powerful, intuitive, and often unexpectedly playful—blending deep spiritual connection with honesty, humor, and a no-nonsense approach that cuts through to what actually matters.
DAVID
David became a Reiki Master at age 16 and practices with a variety of healing grid energies. A clairvoyant and medium, he is able to see, sense, and understand energy, and uses Reiki and sound to move energy.
A gong + sound practitioner in NYC, David trained with the legendary Grand Gong Master, Don Conreaux, and works with planetary gongs tuned for relief from depression and grief.David teaches Intro to Gong, Handheld Gong Techniques, and assists Gong Master Rev Laksmi with her trainings.
