We will open up the Heart Chakra and let the Universal Love energy flow through us so that we can manifest from and through our sacred heart space. Breathwork can move stuck energy on a physical mental and emotional level. By opening the Heart chakra through Breathwork and pair work, we will open our ability to RECEIVE more Joy, Abundance, and LOVE flow into our lives.

The Breathwork Journey enhanced by heart-opening music, drumming, and chanting will allow you to access a higher state of consciousness, where true energetic healing can take place. This multi-dimensional healing experience will raise your vibrational frequency so that you can connect with your higher self and inner wisdom easily and effortlessly.
