purpose

We're here to provide a container to reset to neutral and heal — so our community can go back to their lives with a renewed spirit and strength to take better care of themselves, their loved ones, and the world.

we believe

01

hospitality is the bridge

Hospitality is a spiritual practice — the essential link between individual, environment, and wellbeing.

02

wellbeing is a state

Wellness has become an industry, a product, something you're told to buy.

Wellbeing, however, is a state. A greater connection to the divine self is accessed though this state of wellbeing.

03

we are all connected

“Spirituality involves the recognition of
a feeling or sense or belief that there is something greater than myself, something more to being human than sensory experience, and that the greater whole of which we are part is cosmic or divine in nature."

-Dr. Maya Spencer +

04

wellbeing comes from community

In order to live well, community + intention must connect at the core.

With foundations in real estate, wellness, and design, we’re co-creating a new era of intentional hospitality, from community.

operations

We’re grounded, long-term stewards of our investments, connecting intention to meaningful wellness programs, operations + daily management.

design

In house, we create integrated experiences through brand, interiors, architectural, environmental, + event design.

development

We imagine, vision, and program real estate environments through our lens of intentional hospitality + wellbeing.
